Installation and commissioning guide for calcium hydroxide equipment

Author:

The calcium hydroxide equipment, with its dual-shaft stirring structure, combined with a unique blade design and stirring formula, ensures efficient mixing of quicklime and water, achieving a complete reaction while effectively preventing caking during the reaction process. To ensure the smooth operation of this equipment, the following are clear and logical installation and commissioning steps:
I. Preliminary Preparations
1. Site Planning: Since the calcium hydroxide equipment is an integrated design with a large footprint and certain external environmental requirements, users should plan and prepare the production environment required by the equipment in advance according to the manufacturer's recommendations, including space layout, foundation treatment, and supporting facilities.
II. Installation and Commissioning Cooperation
2. Teamwork: Close cooperation between users and technicians is crucial during the installation and commissioning process. Both parties need to jointly prepare raw materials, allocate labor, arrange lifting equipment, and other resources to ensure the efficient progress of the installation work. Through the collaborative efforts of both parties, not only can the installation and commissioning efficiency be improved, but also a win-win situation can be promoted.
III. Equipment Installation Process
3. Raw Material Conveying: The raw materials (quicklime) of the calcium hydroxide equipment are conveyed to the lime silo above the digester in the digestion workshop via a bucket elevator. During this process, the quicklime is precisely controlled by the slide valve and weighing feeder at the bottom of the lime silo and evenly fed into the digester.
4. Residue Treatment: The residue generated during the operation of the equipment is mostly discharged through the residue outlet of the digester and further screened by a vibrating screen. The residue treatment capacity is 1642.6 kg/h, and it is finally transported by a conveyor to the slag pond outside the workshop for centralized treatment.
